The sketch corpus distinguishes between amount of data to be recorded (minimally 10 hours = 60 minutes per child and age) and amount of data to be transcribed, translated and annotated (minimally 5 hours = 30 minutes per child and age). However, our recommendation is to record as much as you can, as the data constitutes a valuable resource in its own right that can later be processed for follow-up studies.
